Intro

​​The federal government is considering major changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) that could increase hunger in Minnesota.

​In response, DCYF and the Governor’s Children’s Cabinet held a series of roundtables across the state to highlight how these changes could harm families, strain Minnesota’s food system and pose serious risks to public health and the economy. Read their stories below.
